1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations Before 24 Hours of Tour Start:
If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before the scheduled start of your tour, you will be eligible for a refund of the booking amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees (if applicable).
- Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Tour Start:
If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the scheduled tour start time, no refund will be provided.
2. Refund Process
- Refund Eligibility:
Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time, provided that a payment was involved in the booking.
- Refund Timeline:
Once the cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund within 3 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
3. Non-Refundable Amounts
- Any fees or charges that are non-refundable as part of the booking will be communicated during the booking process.
- Refunds do not include any additional costs incurred such as transaction fees, bank charges, or taxes.

5. Changes or Cancellations by Safar Andaman
In rare circumstances, Safar Andaman reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen events such as weather conditions or government restrictions. In such cases, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, regardless of the 24-hour cancellation window.
